I’ll pick up these broken pieces ’til I’m bleeding

Who: Superman and The Joker
When: 29th April, following this incident at St Teresa's
Where: St Teresa's Sanitarium
Summary: The Joker's pseudo-psychic post-Bat-vanishing mood swings are out of control, and Clark pays him a visit
Warnings: The Joker.

Clark didn't want to be here. The Joker was dangerous, and frankly gave him the creeps. Unlike his own villains; people like Toyman, that were dangerous and insane and unpredictable in their own right, the Joker was the one that he genuinely was afraid of. With his powers he could surmount any odds, beat any foe, but this one 'harmless' little clown? He wasn't so sure. There was no logic to it at all, except that there was a reason why Bruce had gone to such efforts to keep him secure before--and without Bruce here? Last time, the Joker had jumped off a building, put on a mask; who knew what he would be capable of this time?

Unfortunately the Joker had already killed, been confined to solitary, and his visitors were being severely vetted. It took a great deal of effort on his behalf to get inside, and even then a man insisted on standing a stone's throw away down the corridor. Clark had to stay on one side of the door, wasn't permitted to approach it, and that was fine, except this was probably a conversation they both wanted to have in private.

He folded his arms as he stepped up to the door, waiting to be acknowledged. He was dressed down today, in black with his long coat. The cape would have spooked the staff more than he could risk; particularly if he still wanted to get in.
