Both the Dia and the sudden ice on his neck helped to clear out his head a bit. He jumped a bit at the sudden cold, a new wave of shivering starting. That's right. He has a high fever. He should try to keep the ice pack on him to lower his body temperature...despite how uncomfortable he was. Oh and he probably was dehydrated too since he couldn't quite remember when he last ate or drank anything. He carefully sipped at the water.
