Yosuke didn't really know what Souji was apologizing for. Leaning on him? Needing help in the first place? It was weird, but he let it slide, and settled for clapping Souji's shoulder gently. He'd been hovering at Souji's elbow the entire time in case he started to struggle, but he didn't want to hurt the guy's pride more than necessary, either.
