A meeting between a busy man and a new woman.

Where: The Newcomer Community Center
Summary: New person needs a job. Raul has plenty of work to give.
Warnings: None that I can think of, will change if needed.
[There was a sickness going on, and everyone said it was because of guilt. So it stood to reason that Raul didn't feel guilty about anything, hence why he wasn't sick. But the news was split on what it could be, and if Raul wasn't going to come down with a cold, then he would have to do the work of everyone else. This sickness shouldn't put everything out of commission, even if that's what it was doing. Forcing schools and businesses to close down. Riots in the street and at pharmacies. Everything going to hell, it seemed.
As long as he wasn't affected, then he would do what he could in regards to everything else. That meant work. A lot of work. And meeting other people, such as Vesper Lynd. So, he was at the center in his office, waiting to meet her.]
