Who: Kaitou Kid, a mislabeled vial of research, anyone else [OPEN].
When: late May 30th
Where: Outside SERO Hospital
Summary: Too impatient to wait for a marketable cure himself, particularly with Aoko's condition, Kaitou Kid attempts to acquire one all on his own.
Warnings: Nooone at the moment
SERO's hospital and research facilities were, as Kid had predicted, incredibly difficult to case... and breaking into them had been even more difficult. The mere idea had probably been an incredibly stupid plan of action, but desperate people did desperate things. And with Aoko bedridden, her symptoms worsening as time went on, and himself feeling the effects of this plague... there just hadn't been time to wait anymore.
And sometimes, Kaito just wasn't a very patient thief.
Heisting while sick had been even stupider than contemplating stealing from SERO period, but nevertheless, the white clad thief had somehow managed it... and as he exited SERO's facilities as quietly as he arrived, he cradled the stolen vial in his pocket as though it was made of gold. He had waited until the sun had set to commit this crime, whaen the facility would be hopefully empty of employees and patients alike... and while he had certainly ran into a few hitches along the way (he was pretty sure he had avoided those security cameras... maybe?) his ultimate goal had been reached.
The world suddenly tilted as the thief walked, and he stumbled, bracing himself on the walls of the walls of the building with a very light curse. His vision was practically swimming before him, head buzzing with pain, but with a deep breath, he pushed himself forward.
Sickness or not, he had to get this cure back home as quickly... for Aoko's sake.
And his, too.
