[Walt had absolutely no training in this. He just hoped he didn't cause Jesse to bleed to death. That would be counterproductive.

He knew that air bubbles were a bad thing, so he tapped at the syringe and squirted some of the liquid out to make sure there were none.

Silently thankful for the help and less hindrance, Walt looked down at Jesse's forearm and found the largest vein. With only the slightest hesitation, he poked the syringe through, trying to be gentle, then depressing the plunger all the way.]
