By that time, Aqua had taken up trying her hand at mental guessing. She hadn't communicated through text messaging with Miss Caster as often as she ought to, but from what she could recall, the tone of the current conversation just didn't match. The Headmaster of Solstice Academy would probably hesitate to pass over the formality of greetings or pleasantries. Maybe that fellow she spoke to once about heroism -- what was his name? Mercury?
Aqua dropped her gaze to her NV to deliver quizzical, puzzled looks several times in between weaving her way through the remnants of the lunch rush crowds.
