somebody please, please take me home.
Who: Amy Pond (
sharp) & Yosuke Hanamura (
inthejunk)
(decided to open this up anyone else who might have wanted to see her!)
When: hideously backdated to the week of 3/21.
Where: Skye Medical.
Summary: Guilt-ridden Amy has finally wound up in the hospital after neglecting her own sickness. She receives an unexpectedtormentor visitor.
Warnings: None for now!
[ Amy felt absolutely terrible. And what made it worse (ironically) is that she hates hospitals -- all the poking and prodding and fussing. The only doctor she wanted to see was the one she spent days trying to get to a hospital. It figures she's the one who winds up being shipped there, with hopes of a cure or something. As much as she hated to admit it, she was useless to help anybody if she could barely stand or got dizzy just by sitting up. She was trusting the TARDIS to take care of the Doctor while she was gone, however.
But almost as bad as the headaches, stomach aches and countless other aches, was the waiting and the boredom. She was left only to her thoughts, and her worrying about friends. It wasn't a good mental state to be in, and it only seemed to make her condition worse. So, she tries to clear her mind and sleep, but it's almost impossible. ]

[As if being sick weren't enough, Amy, apparently one of the candy stripers has taken to you. And he's apparently also under the impression that he can impress you by walking in on his hands, red faced and grinning. The question is, which is more off putting? The stupid joke, or the skinny kid and his slightly protruding ribs, which are clearly visible since his the top of his scrubs fell and bunched at his chin. Someone's clearly taking laughter as the best medicine a bit too literally.]

( that night )
it was easy for damon to get in after hours; a little compulsion never hurts and being able to speed silently past those who weren't worth the mental effort made the whole thing a cake walk. he isn't surprised when he finds her laying there, sprawled in the bed with all the lights off but the humming glow of the television. he shuts the door behind him and takes a seat in her bedside chair. it's a good five minutes before he decides he's going to be waiting a long while, so he gets relaxed, props his feet up on her bed and grabs the remote so he can flip through the channels at the lowest volume. ]
