Waiting for the customers who only come at night...
Who: Eponine and Luppi Antenor
When: Saturday evening - just before the sirens
Where: District 1
Summary: Eponine is soliciting business for a bit of extra cash, and Luppi has an interesting offer for her
Warnings: Talk of prostitution and Afterglow xXx
The evening was setting in fast, and more and more people were hurrying home before the sirens sounded. On a street corner, a young girl stood alone in the crowd. She was noticeable only because of the rags she wore, and the shoes that she did not. She leant against a wall, back arched slightly away, emphasising her thin body and her chest.
She had made no money for two days now. The purses she had lifted had contained mere pennies, and Eponine was getting desperate. What if Alan and Eric got fed up sharing a bed? What if one of them wanted the sofa? Then where would she go? She began to sing that old song that a lot of the girls in France used to sing as the men came past. Hopefully one would be interested in the ragamuffin girl's cheap price.
"Lovely lady, ready for the call, Standing up or lying down or any way at all. Bargain prices up against the wall..."
