"Stuck?" she asked, sounding more shrill than she'd intended. "No, I can't be stuck here. Come on!" Korra hopped back up to her feet and began to pace. That was just not acceptable. 'Stuck' wasn't an option she could accept. Even if she was the worst Avatar ever, she was still the Avatar, at least in name. The title alone still had to carry some weight, and she could still fight. Maybe that would be enough to rally the troops, maybe not. She'd never find out if she was stranded here, though.
"There's an insane bloodbender running around taking people's bending away" she explained, gesticulating expressively. "He started the Equalist movement under a false identity to turn non-benders against benders and he has these chi blockers and he's launched this war in the city and--argh!" Korra sat again, heavily, dropping her head into her hands as she leaned forward. "How can this be happening?" It was a rhetorical question, of course. She doubted Iroh would have the answer.
