"Something attacked-- When? Were you out here at night?" she asked, damning any sense of her own security and going right to him. She looked at his arm, frowning at the damage. She sighed, taking him by the other arm gently. "Here, come here." She led him to the shadows already cast over the corners of the field by the sun rising. "You probably can't heal in the sunlight, can you? The Amrita Cells won't work." The patches of darkness weren't much, but they'd do.
