Mutants have different - of lack - of boundaries compared to general society. If Lucifer minded, he would need to draw that line. Magneto was quite content to be shoulder to shoulder with him. Although between Lucifer's own influence and the couple of drinks, there was a decent likelihood Lucifer would end up with Magneto's arm halfway around his shoulders at some point.
