Xion didn't really feel all that much in the mood for ice cream after all this. Even though she had been the one to bring up keeping promises forever, she knew it only meant for as long as they were all there in the port, and she knew that if they ever left, Roxas and Axel would both fade out of existence never remembering this moment, or this promise, or even the little dark haired girl they used to eat ice cream with once upon a time. The thought left her feeling an uncomfortable emptiness in her stomach.

But she kept all of this to herself, smiled bravely and looked at the melting remains of her ice cream as she made her voice sound cheerful.

"Sure. Why not?"
