Frau knew very little about how pets were handled anywhere, and even less about how they would be here. Personally he had to think there was a way to bring the cats to where the dogs waiting for adoption were housed, but he honestly had no idea if that was true or not. It wasn't like he really cared all that much either. If Joe was serious about the whole thing, he'd figure it out or at least get some help from someone who could. Frau definitely wouldn't be that person.
