Delicious, delicious annoyance. He took it in while continuing to be a small professional. When Alouette brought up the amulets, he led the way to where they were assembled.

"We have four different kinds, each with spells pre-loaded into them. The more spells per amulet, the more expensive it is. But they are refillable, and it's less expensive to purchase the refills if you come back for them."

They were unwilling to fill up other people's magical amulets for several reasons. For one, it wasn't good business practice, particularly when this was their original concept. For another, they didn't want to trust anyone else's workmanship. Thirdly, they didn't want to risk legal liability, which tied into the second reason.

"The four kinds are ice, fire, wind, and astral plane spells - those can knock out a person if they make a direct hit, or they can kill low level darkness monsters with one shot."
