It wasn't too difficult for Kurt to remember he had a girl's body now. The morning was always the worst, of course, waking up to realize he'd lost one thing and gained a few others--but in terms of mannerisms, he didn't find it impossible to adjust. Being around Blaine, though, was difficult; Kurt had never been particularly secure about his appearance, and now it was even worse. He held his bathrobe closed self-consciously as he followed Blaine into the room and lingered next to the bed.

"That sounds nice," he said softly, in his new voice, which was only a tiny bit higher than his normal one. He didn't climb on the bed just yet. They'd shared one together since it had happened, but they hadn't done anything sexual yet, and Kurt was scared to initiate anything.
