Xellos watches the reactions with amusement. Thank goodness Hattie was so easy to surprise. It made things much easier for him. The other girl Eponine he believed also jumped but seemed to regain her composure much quicker. The annoyance was absolutely sublime.

"Of course I must greet my lovely guests, Miss Hattie. After all, it would be remiss to do any less."

He returns with a bow of his own for Eponine.
