[Francis is dressed to the nines; instead of a traditional black-and-white tux, he's opted for a dark gray tux, with a white shirt, and underneath a pink vest. The tie itself is the same pink, though instead of the patterned texture the vest has, it's smooth pink silk, with thin, diagonal gray stripes to match. Only Francis would be able to wear pink and somehow miraculously get away with it.

He'll be seen in the company of mostly two people tonight, one male and one female - the first a young girl that he seems to have brought as his "date", the other one of the Xino E. Mao staff who just happens to sport a mullet. Whatever the case, when he's not around those two, he'll be more than happy to chat it up.]
