The small bit of emotion in Xemnas' expression, false though it might be, could have meant something to Roxas. It could have felt like a victory. But instead it felt like nothing.
"Whatever," he said in response to what was probably meant as a compliment, at least as far as his former boss was capable. "Get out of my shop."
He stepped aside but didn't take his eyes off Xemnas as he moved away and then turned to go. Once the Nobody was gone, Roxas moved over to the table and picked up the bill.
Had Xemnas ordered anything, he would have overpaid. It figured that he was still giving Roxas things he never actually needed.
Roxas sighed and grabbed his coat. Whatever tasks remained unfinished here...he was done.
