And we're standing on top of our hopes and fears

Who: claire bennet and anyone who wants to visit her
Where: the jail
When: 2/16 starting early morning and going for a little while i guess
What: claire got in a little trouble with the law, and there's no nathan or noah to bail her out. uh oh.
Warnings: none?

Her injuries are healed now, but Voids are still around her, blocking out her ability. It's a little irritating. She should have been more careful, but ... No use crying over spilled milk, right? She had exercised her right to remain silent to the fullest extent, unwilling to give up any information or motive.

She sat in the visitors room, arms crossed. The orange jumpsuit reminded her of when she had been taken in by the government back home.

Helen gave a nod. She understood that. It may not have been the smartest move but Helen understood it. That and that the short answer meant that there was no doubt more, more than she would ask another time.

"Did you find what you were looking for?"

"Then I hope that you did." So that Claire's efforts weren't wasted, even if the action wasn't entirely approved of.

"Is there anything that you need?"

"Let me know if you do." Helen gave her a small smile, making a mental note to talk to Peter later.

"Do you know what's going to happen?"

Helen nodded at that. When this had happened to her it had been a far different situation, and era, but she understood how it worked.

"Hopefully it shouldn't take long, and you should be out soon." She hoped so for Claire's case - it would be far better for her to be out.

"You'll be alright, Claire." Helen had seen her smile drop for that moment and reached across to her, resting her hand on her own. If something happened or someone tried to get to her? There were plenty of people that would protect her, that Helen trusted.
