You've Been Struck By A Smooth Criminal
Who: Griffin (
classdismissed) and Angelus (
slipperysoul)
When: Tonight!
Where: Fred's hotel apartment, in which Griffin has a room.
Summary: Angelus comes to call and is not that pleased with what, or who, he finds.
Warnings: It's probably going to get bloody. I mean, it's Angelus. And Griffin isn't known for his lack of violence either.
[He had been up and down Siren's Port looking for her. Griffin didn't return to the apartment last night, nor did he go to his Lair for some solitude. He looked for Anna ever since he went to call her and her line had been disconnected. He refused to believe that the Core hated him so much that it would force him home, then bring him back only to take her away. It was strange. He had grown more than used to people leaving him. Yet somehow, in the Port, it hurt him every time it happened. This time it was just cruel.
He went back to the apartment mainly for food. He sure as hell didn't want to talk to anyone. It worked out as Fred seemed to be gone anyway. Griffin thought she was decent and all, he just didn't want anyone prying. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew that her lack of presence was odd. She was usually here now. He couldn't muster up the energy to be that concerned and instead chose to be grateful for an empty house.
He rummaged through the cabinets. His NV went off. Griffin reached for it hopefully, only to exhale when he saw who was on the caller ID. Michael. "You're too damn fast, old man." He probably knew about Anna and wanted to check on him. It was like he had a sense for Griffin being in emotional turmoil. Maybe someone else posted about her disappearance. The thought only made him feel worse, so he tossed the NV onto the counter and turned back to his ramen.]
