That's the Funny Thing About Birthdays
Who: Ventus and Xion
When: February 20th
Where: Xion's place --> local animal shelter
Summary: It's Xion's birthday and Ven takes her out to get her gift.
Warnings: Cavities may result.
[This was the first time he was going to be celebrating Xion's birthday with her. And for this occasion, Ven was pretty determined to make it as special for her as possible. And to start off the day, he was going to give her the perfect gift, well... the most perfect one he could think of.
He'd already discussed it with Roxas and gotten the okay. Now he had exactly what he needed, and was heading to Xion's place. He'd already called her to let her know he was on his way; he didn't want to catch her completely off guard. Before going up to the right apartment, Ven dug into his pocket and pulled out the first part of Xion's gift. He had to make sure it hadn't fallen out on the way over.
Once satisfied that the piece of paper was safe, he went upstairs and knocked on the door.]
