Kurt sensed Blaine's hesitance and pulled his hand back. It was soaked, but he didn't reach over to grab a towel or anything.
"Right," he said, his voice very small. He hesitated as he watched Blaine move around the bathroom, then stepped a little closer.
"She is," he continued. "But it still hurts. And you don't have to hide your pain."
He stepped closer, reaching out slightly, but he didn't try to touch Blaine. He wanted to, though. He wanted to fall into those arms like he had the night it had happened, because nothing made him feel safer.
