Everything that Finn said should never be taken literally. It was the underlying message that really mattered. Finn never really could manage to figure out how to make words work in his favor. He moved a little closer to the stove to better see what Kurt was doing. It was a momentary distraction, while he figured out just what he wanted to ask about. Where should he even start? The better question was, would Kurt actually answer or would he just start deflecting again?
