With the metal key in the lock, the sound of the click (and Hiccup dangerously putting himself between her and the door, how daring of him) she froze mid charge, going limp as she simply stared, dumbfounded. Just what had he stuck in the door to open it? What had made that clicking sound?

Pushing past Hiccup without an ounce of hesitation, she managed to push the now unlocked door ajar, stepping into the apartment. Lights were off and the rooms were dim thanks to the only light source coming from the windows in the humble home, but she could see well enough to find herself wowing quietly to herself. Nothing could have prepared her for the inside of the apartment. There were so many objects, more unknown than familiar.
She could barely contain her curiosity and sheer excitement.
