"That must be him." Alan draws away from Eric, letting go of his hand to hurry to the door. He draws it open and peers at the other before stepping side.

"Please come in and thank you so much for coming so quickly, Doctor."

He seems relieved just by the fact that the doctor has arrived. He's done his best to help cool Eric down but already he knew there was something that needed to be done he couldn't do.
