Waiting for Gabriel to pick up the thrown ball, he crouched down lower, waiting to see if he needed to call him back away from the scent of other dogs, or if everything would turn out okay. This was all a rather large experiment, and Peter was keeping himself on his toes, expecting the worse, but hoping for the best. ]
