I need to be able to pull back from people and get my head on, without my NV ringing all the time. I need people to stop assuming silence equals guilt and that I'm hiding. I'm trying to put my head back together and everyone wants something and I just can't." The words were rushed, stretched thin, and desperate. He did know that yes, people were going to be pissed over him killing Crowley. He needed them to stop assuming he did it for kicks or that he was hiding from answering. Right now he could barely take being around people at all without flipping out.
