Summary: Eric and Alan were notified when Magneto had his breakdown. Now that he's recovering, they make a visit.

Eric and Alan arrive at about 4 in the afternoon. They knock on the door. Eric glances over to Alan and smiles.

[Eric sighs and leans against Alan, but turns his head towards Magneto. Alan is, of course, right.]

I understand. I'm sorry you've been having difficulty.

Um

[He turns towards Alan now, smirking a little.]

How HAVE you been settling in?

[At least Eric's not going to push the issue like he would if it were Alan and for that the brunet is grateful. Just sipping his tea happily almost choking at that smirk. As if he needs to ask, honestly. Just he'll just adjust his glasses and lower his cup.]

It's been going fairly well. I'm adjusting a little bit at a time. Still feels a bit different but I'm certain it always will but there's a bit of home in there someplace so that makes it okay.

[A laugh and smile.]

I think I'll get along fine.

I am glad you are finding it more easy. It's always better if you have someone you know here than arriving along.

[He doesn't comment on the body language between the two of them. But he notes it.]

I wish others could be so fortunate. I know for the first few minutes before I saw Eric and knew who it was I was terrified, already wrapped in the grips of an attack and being scared only made it worse.

[He shook his head banishing that thought away, smiling. A tilt of his head as he reaches to adjust his glasses slightly with a finger.]

I don't think he was the only one to talk sense but maybe he was the only one to put it in a way you're used to. I'm glad to see someone else can manage that.

[He laughed softly, pressing his fingers against his lips. He's looking at the doctor.]

[Magneto smiled, a quirk of his lips and cheek indicating a silent laugh.]

I wasn't really able to walk when I arrived, friends came to pick me up - luckily it was day time or I might have been badly injured. As it is, I learned to talk people through their first few hours here. Eric is hardly the first.

[Although he, Mary, and Frances had been the most interest he'd taken in those who where not from his world and only just arrived.]

That's one of the reasons I became a greeter. Arriving here... is difficult.
