She's too much for me [CLOSED]

Who: Vriska Serket [personal profile] manipuleights & Jake English [personal profile] gunsling
When: May 1st (SUPER BACKDATE)
Where: ...AROUND
Summary: Vriska knows ample prey when she sees it, and Jake is...Jake
Warnings: Unless...fighting things happens...

She would have been stupid to ignore such an easy opportunity. The way he reacted to just a simple teasing made it quite clear that he was easily maleable, and in the new world of Siren's Port, that is exactly what she wants. She is not going to waste a SINGLE moment now that she has another chance at life, and that easily means that she needs a good group that she can boss around once or twice.

Or all the time. You know. Preferably later.

She's at the baseball field, an easy, central location. But more so one of the few she's confident she can find again. She spends most of her time out after the sirens, anyway. The city looks a lot different, then.

Closer now Jake finally gets a better look at her. She's definitely got the traits he's used to associating with trolls, those crazy three tone horns, the grey skin, the pointy teeth... There is something a little different about this girl, however. She has a vaguely spider-like quality to her, which Jake can't say he particularly minds, and what looks like blue makeup. She's definitely cute. Too bad she looks like she's a good few years younger than he is.

"You presume correctly. That must make you Ms. Blue text then?" He's not really sure what sort of "pose" to strike here, so he just sticks his hands in the pockets of his shorts and stands upright.

Jake clearly needs to start practicing his poses. He's got all these grand ideas for how to look cool, but kind of falls flat on his face when it comes to putting them into action. Sometime he just needs to take a day to himself to pose in front of a mirror like an asshole and get them down. Today is obviously not that day.

However, today may in fact be Vriska's day, since trust somehow seems to be a genetic trait in this family. Sure Jake knows how to call bullshit on people who are being rude to him, but Vriska hasn't done anything particularly upsetting so... so far so good for her!

"That's a weirdly specific amount of time to count to." Okay, you don't insult a lady when you've kept her waiting. "But maybe if we get going now we'll make up for lost time?" He indicates back the way he came.
