Summary: It's been way too long since Jubes hung out with the denizens of the house. Plus, she just changed security again. So; anyone who wishes to talk to her, feel free!
Warnings: Swearing? Also: nudity.

[Jubilee will be bopping around the house most of the time. If she isn't raiding the kitchen ~~Sorry Alan~~, then she's painting something somewhere.

Every early morning (like 5am-7am) she's in the Danger Room, alone (Very few people in the house have access, so please ask oocly for a DR thread). Every afternoon (2-6pm) she's in the greenhouse, sunbathing... nude. There is a sign on the door. Feel free to ignore it, have it fall off, whatever if you'd like naked times. (Jubes has no shame, so it won't be awkward... for her.)

Anyone with HoA access is welcome to come by! If you can only get to the roof, she'll talk to you there too.]

Yeah, I.. That's not jogging my memory. It's still pretty strange to think that these alternate realities can be so similar, but different in a lot of ways that matter.

[He takes a few moments to look between Jubes and his art pad, sketch a few lines, then frown slightly before looking back at her.]

Hey, um. Could you.. Would you mind sticking your bottom lip out again? [The expression just isn't looking right on paper.]

You get used to it. Every single decision means a different reality can be created.

[She blinks and ticks up an eyebrow at him.]

So, I've become your impromptu model? How is that fair?

[Steve just laughs.]

It's fair because I'm not asking you to take your clothes off.

Besides, between you and me? I think you're more interesting than some plants. But don't tell them, I don't want their feelings hurt.

[She's silent for a moment, then evil grin.]

Are you telling me that there will have to be stealth hugging later? Because I am the best at ambush hugging, just in case you needed a warning.

[Steve's just going to duck his head down and focus on his drawing very intensely for a few moments because really, how does one even respond to that?]

Ambushing is.. probably not a good idea. Reflexes, you know? [And god, would he feel terrible if his body acted first before his mind had assessed the situation. He shakes off the frown that's creeped into his expression.] So if it's going to be now or later, now's probably better.

[Perk. She just perks right up.]

You're having powers problems?

[She probably should not sound so gleeful about that.

Nah, it's more.. I'm straight out of a war, you know? My gut reaction to being suddenly grabbed isn't a pretty one. [An apologetic smile.]

So am I, Steve. Granted, mine was more permanent, but... it was still war. There are ways to work around those instincts, if you want to work on them. You're not the first soldier I've had to be careful with.

That... sounds great, actually. I mean, I understand that there are plenty of people here from those kinds of situations, but I'd still feel better if I don't have to worry about accidentally throwing someone across the room if I get startled.

[Dry, yet completely honest. Because, yeah. She's been tossed around by more than a few mutants.]

But any morning you want, meet me in the main are about 5 til 5, and I can show you the training area.

Just because it's not something new doesn't mean I want to get you airborne.

[Oh, but the promise of a training area sounds fantastic.]

Early mornings aren't a problem for me, so I have a feeling I'll be taking you up on that offer soon.

Hey, my dad has done it to me. So, don't worry about it. It's actually good practice for me.

[And she needs to remember to not sneak up on people. She sometimes forgets.]
