Violet Systems Open House!
Who: The employees of Violet Systems and you!
When: June 30, 2012, all day
Where: Violet Systems @ Sector 2
Summary: Come one, come all to mingle and explore at Violet Systems' open house! Don't try to mess with security, though. You'd be going head to head against trained martial artists, superheroes, and SOLDIERs.
Warnings: Nothing yet?
Want to learn more about the gears and cogs behind this innovative newcomer company? Interested in how it is to be working with the team without having to go through an interview? Curious about those slides they've installed through the building? Drop by the Violet Systems building in Sector 2 and enjoy a guided tour courtesy of Mr. Lee Chaolan and his staff. Refreshments and small snacks will be served at the showroom throughout the day.
So says the ad for the event to be held this day. Lee Chaolan had advised his staff to put all non-urgent development on hold for now to try to help with the hosting efforts. While guests are free to mingle and look at the inventions on display on the showroom floor, they can also head up into the customer lounge on the second floor to take a peek at the repair shop and to get to know the company's services better. Oh, and they can try going down the slides, too.
And if you ask Lee nicely, if you're interested in a job, or if you have something to propose, he'll be more than happy to bring you up into his office on the third floor.
Since Violet Systems specializes in security technology, those hoping to hack into the facilities will find it extremely hard to do so. All access doors into the R&D labs (and even the employee lounge) are secured by a complex biometrics system which requires a retina scan, fingerprint scan (both hands), voice recognition and facial recognition. Even if you were to get an employee to get you inside, Lee has made it so as anyone the facial recognition camera doesn't see as an employee automatically gets locked out. The doors are very fast, so best that you don't try your luck and get your fingers/hands sliced off by the titanium-reinforced doors.
Oh, and if you try anyway, Lee has a security force of combots roving in the building. And you will also have to answer to a martial arts master,a superhero really smart kid, a former L'Cie another really smart kid, the former General of SOLDIER, and a bad-ass medieval babe.
Enjoy your stay at the open house!

That's excellent! Where is your new building now, by the way? I might consider dropping by maybe for a little chit-chat or maybe with an idea for a new business venture.
[The latter was the more likely thing, though, considering Lee's ambitious nature.]
