Sand and surf is GO!

When: Thursday, July 12th; early afternoon.
Where: THE BEEEEEACH!
Summary: Basically, the Stoker household are going out for a -relaxing- day at the beach. Hurr.
Warnings: Possible language? SHENANIGANS. I'll edit if anything comes up.


How long had it been since Integra had last seen the ocean in all of its glory? Let alone a beach; such a trip was few and far between, unless it was directly involved with work somehow. Today, however, was not about work, but play.

Well, for most of the people coming along. For Integra, it was about sitting on the beach and simply admiring the view. And probably feeling insanely uncomfortable in a swimsuit, but THAT was a completely different issue all together. The very thought had her tugging her jacket ever so slightly tighter around her form.

Stepping onto the sand carrying in her hand a cooler full of ice, drinks, little snacks, and even a few blood packs for the resident vampires, she turned to glance at her fellow beach-goers, tilting her head. "...Where are we setting up?"

"Sure," Soma replied, a bit of a smile working its way to his face. He survived horror movies with Mina; how bad could an ancient movie with crappy graphics be?

"Good! I think you'll actually enjoy it. It may be old, but it still manages to strike fear into those who enter the ocean," she supplied in return, chuckling. "It gives one a different perspective of sharks."

"Eh heh..."

Suddenly, being so close to the water didn't sound like a good idea...

Integra suddenly smiled, tilting her head. She was scheming something...

"We should go into the water, you know."

[whitedarklord]

Soma let out an awkward noise.

"Ah, maybe in a little bit..."

[integra_hellsing]

"Why wait?" she asked him, standing up. SOME traits from Alucard had rubbed off on her... when it came to teasing, at least. "I think we should go now."

Soma let out an uneasy noise. "N-now?"

[integra_hellsing]

"Yes. Right now." she replied, glancing to the water and wondering just how fast she could run like hell and jump into it without being seen by anyone else in her stupid bathing suit.

Soma's eyes widened slightly... before his gaze flicked back to Integra.

"Fine. You first," he said, calling her bluff.

[integra_hellsing]

"You'll make a lady go by herself? That's not very nice, Soma."

Her eyes narrowed; if it was a challenge he wanted, it was a challenge he'd get. "You probably won't follow, if I go."

[whitedarklord]

"Integra, I'm a guy," Soma replied, a bit of an amused look coming to his face. "I'll follow you."

...in that bathing suit.

"...Fine," she mumbled. She glanced around again; honestly, she was probably being a little too paranoid, but really, could he blame her? In any case, she stared back out into the ocean, shifting, before finally dropping the towel and running like hell into the water, half hurtling herself in as though she were trying to maneuver past bombs and bullets and what not.

She squeaked; the water was cold and she hadn't really thought that much out. It certainly didn't stop her from wading further into the water, though; she'd rather be cold than seen by anyone else other than Soma in her bathing suit.

Soma just had to stare, watching her ridiculous mad run for the water to keep hiding herself. After a moment, he finally gave in, covering a snorted out laugh with a hand as he got up to follow her over to the water.

Integra turned to make sure the poor young man had followed her, and low and behold, there he was.She breathed a sigh of relief, smirking as she flicked a little water at the poor young man. "It's freezing out here..."

"This is Canada," Soma pointed out, walking into the water until it was up to his knees. Damn water was really cold, but it felt nice considering how hot the sun was.

Integra flicked more water at him, before she turned her back on the ocean, something she would later regret. For now, she simply faced him, placing her hands on her hips with a small sigh. "Yes, thank you for reminding me."
