How can you end my affliction
Who: Castiel, Magneto, Chuck, Sam Winchester, maybe others
When: Night of February 8th
Where: HoA, maybe elsewhere
Summary: Castiel and Sam's not-so-secret secret comes out after a massive fight.
Warnings: Blood, violence, horrible decision-making, generally unpleasant subject matter. You're watching Supernatural.
Castiel's landing in the HoA was anything but graceful.
In fact, it really wasn't much of a landing as it was a controlled crash, the angel appearing from nowhere in a sound like shifting cloth and tangled feathers, followed shortly by a thump as he collapsed to the floor of one of the common rooms. He'd made it, just like last time; he was safe here, for now.
He couldn't begin to process trying to figure out what he was going to do, what might happen, how he was going to fix this. He couldn't even think about getting up, just laying in a heap and bleeding onto the carpet from a gash on his temple, half-soaked in water and shivering just slightly while he drifted in and out of consciousness.

He hadn't repaired the damage to the first floor - the library was a mess, the bookshelves smashed and thrown around, books scattered. The wiring was fired, the pipes damaged, the walls a mess of holes and dents. But he's there almost instantly, sliding along magnetic laylines, landing a little off balance from his shoulder and newer muscle aches from dealing with Sam.
He's alert, almost on edge, as he regards Michael.]
Michael.

His hands stay tucked inside of his pockets and he doesn't make any moves to get closer, attempting to show that he means no harm even if he doesn't smile.]
Is he stable?

Shock won't kill him and he's resting. He's not stable, but he's not critical.
[If Castiel had died, Magneto would probably be killing Sam. He'd likely have regretted it later, but he wouldn't have tempered his reaction. And having found out that God broke the Sigils to let Lucifer in to talk to Chuck, he was even more confused over how to react to that loop.]

What happened?
[Right now the eldest angel only wanted to focus on the matter-at-hand, Castiel. His favorite brother (even after their confrontations) was pushed to the back of his mind.]

He was attacked, fought off his attacker to flee here, and was followed. Chuck and I are taking care of his injuries, and his attacker is contained and safety locked away where he won't be a danger.
[He didn't offer that Castiel had already been seriously weakened by blood loss, because he wasn't aware if Michael knew.]

His attacker must have been fairly strong to injure him so badly even though he hasn't gotten all of his abilities back. [He can tell that Magneto doesn't want to tell him everything and it might be a good idea.] Just tell me, was it Crowley or either of the companies?
[If it had been one of his siblings then he would have known about it. Those people (and his siblings) would be the only reason Michael would have a huge issue about any of this.]
no subject
Very strong. And fast.
[He shook his head, very quickly.]
No, neither company. And Crowley didn't harm him. If he had, I'd hand him over gift wrapped. Maybe in pieces, but I wouldn't lock in up in my basement.
