Who: Jubilee and Sam Winchester
When: August 9th-ish?
Where: HoA
Summary: Jubes found out that Sam was back, and wanted to see a friend.
Warnings: Medical things, a stutter? Otherwise, no.

Jubilee sat in the chair by the door, waiting. She had missed Sam. He was a nice guy.

... Or at least the last couple had been. She hoped this one was too. She's got her yellow coat spread across her lap, doing an inventory check on it. Most things haven't expired, but there's a small pile of things that need to be tossed.

She really needed to do this more often.

She glanced up, when someone walked in. "Sam!" She brightened. Carefully laying her coat to the side, Jubilee grabbed a cane and pushed herself up.

"I'm J-J-Jubilee."

"I tried, but, well, I don't take orders well from folks who refuse to acknowledge my training." She'd been trained by Wolverine for God's sake. She had managed to convince someone to cross dimensions so she could hang out with a guy and then helped him take down someone. Oh, and then she'd saved both their universes, by getting help.

She wasn't bitter at all. Nope.

"Unless the proofing goes. Sometimes it does. It's one of those constant upkeep things." She shrugged a bit. "And we're constantly updating the security here. I don't even know half of it, any more."

She blinked. "Sorry, babbling again."

He nodded, brows still knit with concentration as they go along, and as he listens. Best to know as much as you can about the place you've been whisked away to, right? And Darkness proofing, hearing about people from other dimensions... yeah, that all counted as important.

"It's fine," he said quickly, flashing her a smile. "Honestly? This is the kind of stuff I'm interested in hearing. Being new, it's... harder than you'd think to get all of the info straight."

"Hey, I totally get it." And she did. Because when she arrived, she'd had to figure it out all on her own. There'd been no other Newcomers to explain it to her.

"Anything you wanna know about, I can try to answer. Though, I babble, so, ya know."
