What: Dinner, a show, and a sleep over.

[True to his word Dean pulls up in the truck as close to the pier as he can get because he knows Syrena's not gonna want to walk very far.

He leaves the truck and keeps the keys in his hand. He's got some clothes from Buffy and some flip flops under the other room.]

[Dean manages to get them both there just in time for the sirens to start and puts the truck in park as close as possible to the door that went to the stairs so he could haul her up and get them to his apartment faster.]

Figure you might wanna try your luck with the stairs but if it gets to be too much don't worry about leaning on me.

[Dean grabbed her sushi out of the glove box and went around to the passenger's side to help her out of the car.]

_{[As much as Syrena loves to be independent, she's accepted she needs help to balance when walking. Stairs are a bit daunting of a task, especially with the ringing of Sirens in her ears. Helped out of the car she instinctively takes Dean's hand, holding it tight.]}

[Dean doesn't mind the physical contact and gives her palm a reassuring squeeze back as he helps her down and out of the truck.]

You're luck me and Sam aren't too far up.

_{[She nods. If there's one thing she doesn't like, it's heights. Closing the truck door she gives Dean's hand a little tug toward the stairs, the two of them carefully hurrying up and inside.]}

[It doesn't take them too long to get up to where they need to be. He wrenches open the door with a grin, and the light from the TV makes the entire apartment glow.]

_{[The glow from the television attracts her attention immediately and she carefully, pressing up against the wall, moves toward it. Without hesitation she plops down on the floor, sitting back on her calves, eyes fixated on the screen. It's mesmerizing.]}

[There's a sitcom on the TV but Dena's not paying attention to it. He's shrugging out of his jacket and going for another beer from the fridge.]

Sam?

[He's just making sure the kid's around.] SAMMY?

[upstairsbrain]

Yeah? [ He is around! He'd been in his room, but at the call he pokes his head out, hanging out of the door frame to listen. ] Everything okay?

We've got company, dude. [Dean gives Syrena a candid smile.] Come introduce yourself.

_{[At the sound of another voice, Syrena turns her attention away from the television, although she doesn't say a word. Instead she looks up expectantly at Dean from her seat on the floor. What was Dean's brother like? Well, she was about to find out.]}

[ Curiously, Sam emerges from his room. He walks until he sees who it is, and then he stops and smiles, nodding his head. ]

Hey, Syrena. [ They've never met, but he takes careful record of the people on the network. ] I'm Sam. It's nice to meet you.

[Dean looks a little thrown that Sam knows who she is. Should've figured. He guessed the plan to make her seem human was out the window.]

Uh, yeah I'll let you two get acquainted.

_{[Dean isn't the only one who seems a little startled by the fact he knows her name. Maybe Dean had spoken of her before?]}

[ Nah, he just checks the network. Besides, it's not as if he's not good at snooping. ]
