Who: Aslan (
aslandish) and YOU!
When: February 13th through February 19th, day or night.
Where: All over the Port.
Summary: Even the gods themselves don't always walk unseen.
Warnings: None?
Notes: Permissions post is here! Please tag in with the time, sector, and specific location! Daytime threads will mostly be Aslan in his human form; nighttime threads and less populated areas like Sector 7 and the beach will likely be his lion form. If you have a preference, feel free to specify! Also, tag yourselves in!
[ A year and several months, not including the time spent in the world he calls his home. Though it is no great span of time for one who exists outside of it, he feels the days have been long, even for one such as himself.
Despite this, he finds he is content. There is something to be said for the work that he does. Whether is be an encouraging word by day, or a beacon by night, it is in the little things that he finds the most joy and happiness.
A true smile from one who was lost has ever been enough to warm his heart with the heat of a thousand suns. ]

late afternoon into early evening
Somewhere along Sector 7, in the grass and trees, he's sure he feels some sort of light nearby, familiar.
That's what he chooses to follow into the slowly encroaching dark. Even if it's not who he thinks it is, it never hurts to investigate.]

He's been out and about a great deal today, but home is where the heart is, as they say. Granted, the woodlands of this world aren't truly his own, but so long as his purpose is here, a guardian is what he shall be.
The sirens have not yet sounded, but even without the usual aura of light that accompanies him into the night, he is not so hard to find so long as he wishes to be found. ]

He walks through the woods until he sees him up ahead, smiling.]
Aslan?

Riku.
[ A deep rumble sounds in his chest -- a welcome. ]
no subject
As always, he goes down on one knee first out of respect and greeting.]
It's been a while.

Golden eyes alight, he gives the youngster a rough nudge on the shoulder, enough to topple him if Riku isn't careful.
His answer, is a low, amused rumble. ]
It has indeed.
no subject
He really has missed him.]
Sorry, that's my fault.
[He rubs vigorously at him, like a kid who might ruffle a dog into playing.]
