[Castiel's vessel's heart begins pumping again and he's reformed his lungs enough for them to function, though everything else is still crushed and he coughs up more blood to clear his lungs. At least he can speak now, and he lifts his head as Raphael approaches, then feels the crack of bones; that hurts, and more than that, there's some level of insult to it. It's precise and cold and reeks of superiority, and Castiel has to control himself from lashing out at Raphael now that he can focus to do so.
His attention though whips toward Mary at her prayer, because he really doesn't want Gabriel involved. That last thing anyone needs is an archangel fight, even if it would be nice to be rescued because this really isn't fun.]
