Where: All over the city
Summary: The Leviathan go on a rampage and eat their way through the city.
Warnings: Almost everything? Seriously though this is an ancient body-controlling monster that will eat people alive, so yeah.

OOC: Same deal as the Godstiel log! Tag in your characters and post when the encounter is happening. Encounters can happen from just after midnight on the 1st (start of the day midnight) to noon on the 6th, just pick a day and time! Information for the plot is here and if people who haven't signed up still want to encounter Leviastiel, just drop me a note on the plotting post!

[That was certainly a new look for Castiel, there was something very much off about him]

I wouldn't say teaching is my main objective.

[The Leviathan drift closer.]

We're more benefiting from their foolishness.

We don't need to be opportunistic, but it does make things easier.

It typically does. Well, now that the mystery has been solved, I'll be on my way.

Oh, we don't think so.

[They step in his path and smile.]

We think you'll be learning a lesson the hard way.

[With that he just proceeds to send a blast of energy his way, and leap backwards quickly]

[They open Castiel's wings and disappear, reappearing in an instant after the energy has passed.]

You'll have to try harder.

[And controlling the angel's telekinesis, they reach out in an attempt to throw Xellos back into the concrete.]

[He'll block by creating a shield of his own, he sticks his tongue out as he fades out to reappear elsewhere, proceeding to send waves of cone shaped spirals towards Castiels from above]

[They deflect it by holding up a hand, grinning.]

Well, at least you're going to be interesting.

[His eyes open to reveal glowing purple and there is a bit of a smirk on his lips. He preferred to avoid conflict if possible, but you might as well enjoy if you had to]

[With that, he sends forth a more powerful spell this time, this time in the shape of a jaw. Keeping distance was preferable, he didn't want to switch forms quite yet.]

[They use Castiel's wings to stay out of range, appearing and disappearing erratically, watching what Xellos does with interest and dodging spells as necessary.

If telekinesis won't work then they'll just need to get close enough to use Castiel's sword, and then their teeth. No issue, as far as they're concerned, and they appear close enough to take a stab at Xellos with the weapon.]

[It seemed as though they retained the speed of Castiel, which was extremely annoying. Fighting those with similar abilities was always a hassle.

The sudden attack didn't quite catch him off guard, and he managed to use his staff to deflect the stab, though this was not going as he'd hoped]

[As the staff blocks their efforts, they reach out with the angel's telekinesis in an attempt to just pluck it from Xellos' hands.]

Feel free to eat him now

[His staff will disappear as he transforms himself to his true form and gamble at a close range full out attack]

[Whatever Xellos is transforming into, it's probably not going to be as tasty as the human form, so the Leviathan need to act now. And act they do; humans are too big for even Leviathan to eat in one bite--while in human form, anyway--so they have to incapacitate first, usually going for the throat or just taking off someone's head. They go for the latter attempt this time, their face transforming into their true one as they attack.]
