God is a concept
Who: Aslan, Chuck and Elaine.
When: After this exchange.
Where: The Lux.
Summary: Three Gods walk into a bar.
Warnings: None?
It's been over two weeks since her uncle left again. Elaine Belloc has been quietly handling the grieving stage. She will miss him, but she knows he's happier out there in the Void -- Where he's free. The Port isn't exactly the best place for family reunions either. No when he would rather see it all crumble in exchange of being released. And she will rather skip that step.
She doesn't mope. When she became what she did, she resigned herself to lose her family. The sadness can be overlooked when she's looking after Christina, watching over or simply interacting with others. Occasionally something catches her attention.
Tonight, for instance, Elaine waits for her colleagues in the Lux. It was Chuck's idea. Sitting behind the counter, swirling the pink mini-umbrella, she takes a few glances towards the door until she sees them.

BAD CHROME. BAD.
Knowing as well that the other is about to arrive, he sits per Elaine's request and waits, his countenance alight. He does not interrupt when Chuck enters, only watches as the two embrace. When they part, his smile is that much more joyous.
"It has been some time."
