Without your love, don't know how I survive
Who: Michael and Lucifer
When: Tonight
Where: Out on the water
Summary: The brothers saw Gabriel's engagement announcement, Michael decided it was a good idea to take his sibling away for awhile.
Warnings: It's Lucifer. :|
When Michael witnessed what Lucifer had to say on the matter of their youngest archangel sibling getting married he didn't try to stop it by arguing. Instead he 'borrowed' a boat, a couple of men (because he had no idea how to drive a boat) and some of the god-strength alcohol.
It wasn't until the boat was out at sea and he'd gotten the men to drop anchor when he summoned his brother to join him. He was leaning on the bow of the boat, eyes focused out on the dark expanse of the water that was purposely angled away from the lights of the city.

"I'll have to check my schedule to see if I have a week free."
no subject
He pushes against him. "And I know what you were thinking. That innocent look doesn't work with me."
no subject
Still keeping that innocent look. "I have no idea what you're talking about, brother." Which is a complete and utter lie but by the mischievous tone, Michael doesn't expect Lucifer to ever fall for it.

All that is still in the back of his mind even as he takes a step closer to Michael, meaning to corner him. "No? None? Do you want to think about that, or are you going to stick with that answer?"
no subject
If only Michael was the type to be cornered or be pushed back by anyone but he wasn't so he stood his ground, allowing Lucifer to step into his personal space. "I spent a millisecond thinking about it and my answer remains the same."
no subject
"You really weren't thinking of this?" Nudging Michael toward the railing. "At all?" More nudging.
no subject
Even as he's nudged back Michael's head tilted his head curiously. "Are you trying to bully me, Lucifer?" There was no way he was going into the water. At least...not without his brother.

"A toast to what, exactly?" He started towards the cabin.
no subject
He pours them each a glass. "A toast to us."
no subject
Gripping his cup, he lifted it like he's seen people do when toasting. "To us."
no subject
"How'd you get this bottle?"
no subject
"I took it." Though he left money as he doesn't steal but no one saw him take it at least.
no subject
He takes an extra, appreciative swallow for Michael's efforts. Even if he does know Michael hasn't broken any laws in getting it.
"Let's play a drinking game."
no subject
Probably never will unless absolutely necessary. Half of his glass is gone before he looks over curiously.
"A drinking game?"
no subject
He smiles and motions at the stars.
"We pick a star, first one to say when it was created wins." And the loser takes a shot.
