Third Meeting of the Teen Titans! Plus training!
Who: The Teen Titans
When: Friday, May 11th, 5:00pm.
Where: Starting at Titans' Headquarters in Sector 11, going all over the city.
Summary: The second practice run for the Teen Titans, and the third meeting.
Warnings: Possible language.
Red Robin had done something a little different for this practice run. Last time, the group had been split into pairs. This time, the group had been split into three groups, and would have to learn how to work with more people then usual. Even those who weren't strictly fighting could participate in this, since it was more about working together, and having fun, then actual fighting.
The whole thing was simple, really. Lucky for Red Robin, he had a few friends who said they would help out with this; namely Superman and Superboy. Both of them pretty much invincible, which would help with the groups they were up against. While powers had been strictly prohibited, Red Robin didn't expect them to follow by the rules all the time. Which was why, if anyone was caught using their powers to end the game quickly, and by themselves (all powers could be used as a team), they would have the duty of cleaning the Titans' Warehouse.
Without powers. And the warehouse was pretty big.
The Groups:
Superboy Group - Oathkeeper, White Justice, Sugar Plum, and new guy of unknown superhero yet (Sora, Momo, Ahiru, and Jake English)
Superman Group - Cambion, Occupational Hazard, Darkbeat, Blood Rose, and Ikol (Christina, Hiccup, Joe, Amy, and Loki)
Red Robin Group - Grim Couture, Imagine Breaker, Mugetsu, and Squinky (Kanaya, Touma, Ichigo, and Guybrush)
All the groups needed to do was snatch the yellow flags off of the person they were in pursuit of. One team would go after Superboy, another would go after Superman, and the third would go after Red Robin. There were enough ribbons for each person in the group; if there were five people in the group, there were five ribbons on the person running from them. Each team needed to get all of the flags before they could finish. Once they had them all, they were done, and could retire to the warehouse for the meeting.
The meeting is mostly covering old territory, but there are a few new things on the agenda, namely letting the group know about costume help, training times to learn the computer system, and starting real patrols, like a real superhero group should do.
OOC note: If you are someone who recently signed up for the Titans, Tim will take you through the whole tour and question session in the "New People" thread. Everyone else, if you want to make a thread for mingling afterwards, go ahead! Remember to tag in, and have fun!

New People!
Simple, right?
Dressed as Red Robin, Tim will take everyone through a tour of the Titans' headquarters, and then answer any questions anyone has.

Hero Name: ???
Power/Ability: Telekinesis
Weapon(s): None.
Martial Arts Training: Limited.
Computer Skills: Average for 2012.
First Aid Training: Average.
After Blaine signed in he stared at the way he had filled it out and frowned deeply. How could Tim be serious about this? He wasn't a superhero. But still, manning the computers would be easy considering he was familiar with the technology.
He really did want to help Tim out too. He wanted to be involved in this part of his friend's life and he wanted to make sure Tim stayed alive.
"I don't remember the name you said I would have," he admitted to Tim, smiling with a hint of embarrassment. "Or do I get to make up my own?"

And Blaine would have an integral part of that, now. Tim knew he could trust him to keep his secret, and now he was trusting him to keep all of their secrets. Tim knew he could handle it.
Though he did always wonder how someone thought of him when they saw him for the first time in costume.
"You get to make up your own, if you want. I could come up with something, but it's more personal, when it's your own," Red Robin's lips deepened at the corners. "You can take some time while I show you around, to think about it."

"Come on. The computer system is pretty simple," He walked over to the computer screens on the wall, a large keyboard set up in front of a comfortable looking chair. "Your password, the first time, is your codename and the number one. You can change it after that, but it'll log you on after you put a codename onto the tablet from before."

Hero Name: Um... How about Magical Junko?
Power/Ability: Magic! I can enchant things to be more powerful, and I can shoot magical arrows. I can see a little bit of the past and future, and teleport, too. Oh, and it's really, really hard to kill me.
Weapon(s): A magical bow!
Martial Arts Training: Not much, really...
Computer Skills: I can use one, but that's about all.
First Aid Training: A little! I can bandage some small wounds.
With that finished, Madoka breathed a little easier. It was good to know that there were people here who wanted to protect those who can't protect themselves besides herself. With a smile, she turns to the person who appears to be the leader.
"Ah, you're Red Robin, right?"
She knew enough about American superheroes to know that adding honorifics would be kind of weird, so she decided to drop them for the moment.
"Um... What are we supposed to do now?"
She has the general patrolling idea from home, but this was looking to be much bigger and more complicated.

"I'm going to show you around. We don't have a lot of stuff, yet, but we're getting there," He gestured for her to follow him into the main room, one wall filled with computers, the other filled with chairs and couches and a kitchen.
Team Superboy; Sora, Momo, Ahiru, Jake
Spam threading is a go! Don't worry about order, just do whatever you want.]

White Justice waits for the game to begin, fidgeting with her hands, smiling hesitantly at everyone on her team.]

You are not the Punisher, Jake, no matter how much you might want to be.He looks down at Momo-- and wow! Everyone else on this team is kind of short. ]
Excited?

Gonna be superslow this weekend, so god and skip as you wish. :c
It's no problem, I'm eternally superslow, so feel free to skip over me as you wish, too XD
[For her costume, Amy had chosen a sleek modern-style dress in a blood-red shade that nearly matches her hair and eyes. Part of the dress was a hood that neatly concealed most of her red locks tied into low pigtails. To further conceal herself, Blood Rose even had a thin black lace mask over her eyes.
At her hip, as always was her sword.]
So... where is this Superman?
no subject
Right here.
I warn you--the game may be simple to understand, but I'm not going to make it easy. I'm not even going to tell you my powers. This is a training exercise, and out there observation is going to make the difference between staying alive and losing everything. But it's also a game, so try to enjoy it alright?

Okay, anyone got a plan? 'cause I'm thinking I can take him in a fight and you guys can pick off the flags while he's distracted.
no subject
I think if he's really slow, and we have someone who's really fast, and all the other teams suck, we can do this!
[Not really a plan, but...]
no subject
I might not be as fast as Superman and Superboy, but I have to warn you, I can be fast when I want to be.
[He pauses, tightening one of the yellow ribbons on his arm.]
And just so you guys aren't caught off guard, I do have a power dampening device on me. So if you get close, you won't have as much as you did before. But you guys shouldn't really be using your powers, anyway.

ANYONE WHO NEEDS A COSTUME
no subject
Anyone asked for help, yet?
no subject
No, but I did not honestly expect them to come forward right away or even openly. I imagine your costume tends to be a rather personal matter.
no subject
It can be. It's supposed to be a representation of who you are and what you want to accomplish. But it's nice, to have others help you figure out the specific details.
