Summary: Jubes got hurt bad. Some people aren't happy with others.

((Ok so here's what we're going to do. There's two threads - 21st-30th and 31st to the 7th. The first thread, Jubes is in a coma. So if you want to come bug Magneto or talk to a comatose Jubilee, use that. If you want to talk to her, she'll be coming out of it on the 30th - Mags will be ESPECIALLY protective that day, so short visits, but the second thread covers more visit time. K?))

[Quiet isn't really how he likes things to be done, and really he wasn't particularly good at it, so he decides for a different route.
Because being showy was how he did things. He proceeds to go around the room and do a few fake jabs as he goes around. After a suitable amount of time passes, he then draws out two things, one is a tub of ice cream, and a newspaper wrapped box]

You can say it, I'm awesome.

[She at least starts giggling. For a moment. Bruises and various other things don't like the sharp jerky movements.

She taps her lips and blows him a kiss.]

O-o-owe you one.

[He then presents the ice cream, in an offering sort of way]

I figure without a nutritious diet of ice cream, you'll just fade away, and then who is going to blow shit up? I mean, me, sure but I gotta do it the old fashioned way, and not nearly as colourful. You know how I like my colours.

[He twirls the present around in one hand]

Three guesses to whats in the box--hint its one word.

[That pulls another shaky grin from the birthday-girl. Her movements are slow and careful as she takes the ice cream. She almost drops it on her little table, but manages to get it down before she loses all control. She's still having muscle control issues, but she is determined to have fun today. To hell with her stutter.]

J-j-j-j... [Nope. That's not coming out.] Sp-sp-sparkl-kl-kly?

[It was probably a spoon...]

[He notices, but doesn't seem to really care about the stutter. He had spent some time with a bunch of other loonies when he went back, this was nothing, she'd get better too, only girl crazy this one was]

It is shiny, but I'm counting that as one.

[Eyeroll. Funny, Deadpool. She'd pout, but she's not sure she can without like, spitting all over herself, which just ruins the cool factor.]

C-C-can I wear it?

[Hey! part of a sentence without the stutter. Obviously, she's awesome.]

[He pauses and considers that a moment]

[Deadpool thinky face? Uhoh.]

H-h-h-help m-m-me open it?

[He helps her open it up, doing a good portion of the opening really, and in it she finds a nice black combat knife]

You can never have enough sharp things, after all.

[She manages a big grin, even though her hands tremble a lot.]

P-p-pretty!

[Sharp things are always good presents.]

N-n-n-need t-to work on knives. H-h-h-help?

[Her knife work isn't what it should be and she knows it.]

[He didn't like seeing her like this at all.]

Yeah, I thought so. More importantly its functional.

[Plus the weapon places love him, he pretty much blows all his money there, that and bars]

Alright, lesson one. Pointy end goes in the other guy.

[Jubilee is putting on a happy face, because it's what everyone wants. Even Mags. But honestly? She's scared to death. Even after her crucifixion she wasn't this bad. It bothers her. So, she understands.]

N-n-n-need t-to w-w-work.

[Sigh. She takes a minute to regroup and try to spit it out.]

Cl-c-close q-q-quarters.

[She wonders if everyone else finds her stutter as frustrating as she does.]

Uh huh. Tell you what, once you get coherent, and aren't shaking like Stark after a day without alcohol, we'll do some stuff. Three pints of my blood has to raise your badass level anyway, in my figuring.

[He crosses his arms]

Until then just get your rest, and don't worry, I'll slice anyone or thing that might hurt you into itty little bits, set them on fire, and feed them to whoever else is considering it.

[She sticks her tongue out at him. She doesn't have a healing factor, though she really wishes she did. Then she looks up at him a decidedly mischievous look on her face.]

Pr-pr-pr-promise?

[Use it for evil? NEVAR.]

[A chance to be excessively violent, of course thats what he is going to do]

[That gets a wicked grin from her. Yes, she's glad to have Deadpool on her side. He's mercenary, but he'd stick by some folks. She is glad to be included in that.]

G-g-g-good.

[But she's saving that ace for later.]

Do I look like a car salesman? I mean granted 'Crazy Deadpool's Car Emporium' has a nice ring to it. And the add could be Crazy Deadpool's , you'll come for the great prices, and you'll stay, or I'll cut you.

[OW Giggling hurts, but in a good way. Still, she wraps an arm around her middle and tries to stop, but hey, it's Deadpool, and he can always make her laugh.]

[He rubs the back of his head. The pain thing bothered him, her entire set up reminded him of worse days for himself.]

Anyway, you just focus on getting better.
