Who: Maya Fey and Claire Stanfield
When: Some recent sunny day, maybe today!
Where: Fairgrounds
Summary: Fun and frolics at the flipping fair
Warnings: Maya's casual swearing and violent tendencies
[ After clock-watching all through his morning security shift at the lab and driving straight over to the fairgrounds Claire is now tasked with waiting for a certain spacey assistant to show.
After about 48 seconds he jumps up onto a trash receptacle to see if he can spot a familiar updo bobbing along in the crowd. A couple of people stop in expectation of seeing some kind of street performance. The view from up there is exciting - so many modern rides ready for trying it's hard not to go ahead and start without Maya even though she convinced him that having an expert to show him the ropes was necessary. There's plenty of classics out there too - a house of mirrors, a ghost train, and a ferris wheel. From the top of that thing you must be able to see out to the ocean from here!
This is too much waiting to take. Claire gets his NV out and starts text-spamming Maya's inbox from his trashy perch. ]

topknothairdo appears soon after, and she's practically running with her phone in her hand, misspelling texts of "I'm coming I'm coming" in her haste to get to him (she'd already been hurrying! Showing Claire the carnival was too exciting of a prospect not to hurry about! But there was only so fast her little medium legs can take her, and apparently they can't quite keep up with Claire's excitement to go the circus\[He can probably spot her stumbling her way over, she isn't exactly subtle in her haste to get there (while texting)]
