Who: Hattie, Ella and Mr. Gold
When: July 23rd, 10 AM
Where: Mr. Gold's shop
Summary: Mr. Gold is interested in becoming a client of Hattie's business, but FIRST, he wants to meet the stepsisters in person.
Warning: Deer Crossing! Wait no...

[ Hattie had been ecstatic when Ella'd told her about Mr. Gold's request to meet before he'd agree to being their client or not. Okay ecstatic for Hattie pretty much amounted to 'YES YES YES' and 'Don't you dare screw this up for me, Ella' comments.

Ingrate. Nonetheless, at the appointed time, Ella and Hattie were heading to meet with the other man. Hattie was probably -beside- herself with happiness, while Ella was wishing she could be aaaaaanywhere else. Naturally, she had no problem meeting with people. But with Hattie there... it was going to be difficult. She just prayed Hattie's focus would be more on Mr. Gold than her this time. ]

This is it.

[ That's all the announcement she gave to her elder stepsister, making her way inside. ]

Mr. Gold?

Yes, I do. Not all of it is rare, of course; we take in anything someone might want to sell, and that we could get a profit from. It can be a rather cutthroat business.

[He poured all three of them a cup, then gestured to the cream and sugar dishes. He wouldn't want to give them too much of either.]

At times. Some people will come in, and leave just as quickly. We have things in here that haven't been moved in years.

[Hattie would be this pleasent if you did as told, Ella. Gosh. That said, it may surprise Ella that Hattie adds sugar to her own tea.]

It certainly sounds both cutthroat and complex! Well before I start asking about your inventory, might I ask what kind of work you're looking to have done here then? Also, I'm curious if you use any special instruments for moving any larger or more delicate items.
