I'm a reckless goddamn son of a bitch
Who: Mary Winchester and her visitors~
When: 10/22 - 10/24
Where: Skye Medical
Summary: After surviving getting eaten by a grue, Mary has three fun days in the hospital before it gets worse.
Warnings: Injury, language, Lisbeth, and Winchesters.
[The night she comes in, the 21st, is taken up by surgery, family, and much-needed rest, but the next morning she wakes up slightly loopy from the drugs and ready to... stare woozily at the day. She has nasty scrapes on her face that required stitches, a patchwork of hideous bruises, a cast on one wrist, and bandages all over her body, including around her head, with several different IVs and a couple of monitors hooked up to her at once. Overall she looks like a hot mess, but she's coping better than anyone would expect, and when she isn't using her powers to throw things at Lisbeth, her roommate, she's taking visitors.
Some time between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, though, her condition worsens from an unforeseen complication, and she falls unconscious.]
(OOC: please reply under the top-level comment thing for the day your character is visiting. There are only three days because she'll behiatused coma'd after that, oops. 8( )

[She tightens her grip on his sleeve a little, biting her lip in distant pain.]
Are your "people" used to dealing with monsters and voodoo? They're good. They could help.

[Jesse just lost a son. He can't do that to anyone else. He takes her by the wrist, gently, and pries her hand off his sleeve.]
This ain't about the monster. It's about the guy who sent it. And that's what my guys are good at dealing with.

You can't- figure out the motive, until you figure out the connection.

You need to get better. Then you can help me. I ain't talking about this anymore.

He grabs breakfast (or two, to share) from the cafeteria downstairs before he heads back up to Mary's room.]
Hey, I got you an extra orange j-
[And instead of finding Mary watching TV, he finds that fucking asshole holding her hand.]
Am I interrupting something?

Uh- [A gesture at the flowers Jesse's holding.] For Lisbeth.
He's got people working on the case.

You gonna move out of my way, or do I need to make you?

[Shooting a subtle but very pointed Look at John.]
If you don't feel like sticking around I could just have her text you when she wakes up.

Seriously?
[But he's going to behave. He's determined. No fistfights in the hospital room. He walks around Mary's bed and over to Lisbeth's, clearing a few empty soda cans away to make room for the flowers. No confirmation yet on whether he's staying or leaving, because he hasn't decided.]

[Not his.
He stares down Jesse until he's safely on Lisbeth's side of the bed. When he's content Jesse won't come back and bug them, he turns back to Mary, all smiles and comfort.]
I got you a few things you left at my place you might want.
[And if he said that a little louder so Jesse could here, that's totally totally an accident.
He hands Mary a small backpack full of stuff along with her orange juice bottle.]
Just some makeup, hairbrush, some magazines if you get bored of me.

As if I could get bored of you. As long as you don't complain about me having the remote, we're fine.
