[Alice's boutique, normally decorated in floral blacks and whites (prospective bridal clients like florals, usually), has been entirely transformed for the night. Thanks in no small part to Kurt's genius, the entire place decorated in beautiful blacks and golds. The place looks more like a high end night club than anything else. The jet black chandelier is hung with gold chains connected to the walls at various places, creating a shining web above the dance floor.

The handful of small dress racks there are have been emptied, and the few pieces of furniture there are have been pushed (artfully) to the walls. In their place are a few tall tables for people to congregate and converse around. The dance floor takes up most of the room, though, and a DJ is tucked in the corner ready to take requests.

Upstairs in the loft there's an extensive buffet, with everything from sushi to quiche, and a full bar up against the wall. And, because Alice is a good Sanguinarian, there's also a cooler under the bar specifically for guests who don't drink...wine. There are also a few sit-down tables if you want to actually sit down to stuff your face.

As for the hostess herself, she'll be fluttering around the most of the night, making sure everything is absolutely perfect. She's preoccupied, but she's still free to talk your ear off if anyone were to pull her aside.]

[She follows with a grin, trying not to bump into anyone on the crowded dance floor as she navigates between the people.]

[Once they're on the floor Blaine opens his arms, taking the lead role but letting her settle comfortably with him first.]

[She has to raise herself up on the tips of her toes, but she reaches to put her hand on his shoulder with a grin.]

I guess you're pretty used to this, huh? I didn't know how many styles of dance you know.

[She follows his lead, a bit clumsy at first, but it isn't too long before she gets the hang of it well enough to be able to speak, her attention not captured completely with concentrating on her movements.]

So, how are wedding plans going?

Pretty well I think. I've been really enjoying it.

Any big updates so far? Have you picked a venue yet?

Actually, Tim has the Lux now. He might be holding the wedding there. It'd be for free.

Oh, I heard him about that! That would be amazing. I bet if Kurt made this place look so nice, he could make it look beautiful, too. And for free! That's so generous of him.

It would cut a chunk out of the costs, so I hope so. I'd have to work out the details with Tim first.

I bet it costs a lot, with all the food and music and stuff... How much is it? I, um, if that's not rude to ask or anything!

It really depends on who we go with and how much we get. Kurt is really great at finding good deals.

Yeah, he seems like he would be. Shopping and decorating and that whole group of stuff, I guess.

What's been up with you lately, other than planning?

Well, I'm going to help Tim with Lux, so I'm changing jobs.

Oh, really? That's exciting! You worked at Purgatory before, right? Do you like the Lux better?

We haven't really started yet. I have to finish my two weeks with Purgatory.

Oh! Good luck, in that case. What position is it? I bet you'll do great.

Um, I think I'll be a manager? I'm a little nervous to be honest, but I think I want to try.

Oh, wow, so - that's a lot more responsibility, right? You shouldn't let it worry you too much, you'll do great.

I think Tim is lucky to have someone like you to help him, at least. I hope you like it, too, more than just being good at it.

Plus we could set stuff up for that club we have. [Meaning Teen Titans, but he's not going to flat out say that.]
