The apartment doesn't have a name yet....

Who: Tim Drake, Blaine Anderson, Cass Cain, Conner Kent, Tavi, and everyone else who was invited by them! We don't have a cool apartment name, yet.
When: Friday, March 23rd, starting at 7:00pm.
Where: The apartment in Sector 10.
Summary: It's a "Breaking Down The Walls" party!
Warnings: Will update as needed.

Tim had woken up a few days ago and realized that they didn't have enough room for everyone. Cass had her room, and Tim had a room, but everyone else was sleeping on a cot or on the couch, and that just wasn't right. Both Blaine and Tavi deserved their own rooms, and so did Conner, now that he was here; it was actually his arrival that spurred on the need that Tim had to get everyone a room. His friends deserved more then a couch.

While they had been squatting in the apartment, in the beginning, by this point Tim had been paying for the apartment and everything else that was needed in it. And while he had made a deal with the man in charge of the warehouse down in sector 11, he had used his money to buy up the apartments on either side of their own. So, when he went and asked the owner if it would be okay to enlarge their apartment, and the owner didn't care, as long as they paid for everything... well. That meant it was time to have some fun.

So, while Conner could punch through walls if he wanted to, Tim bought up mallets and hammers for everyone else. They were going to have a party and break down some walls.

[Blaine was ready to start smashing walls, but parties are always fun.

If he's allowed, he'll put on some music... and fail at his attempts to not sing along.]

[Conner's pretty new here, so he's mostly just sitting and making sure Krypto isn't sneaking any food or getting into to much trouble. While it wasn't hard for him to pretend to be pretty normal, Krypto... not so much. There'd already been a few times when he'd had to stop Krypto from levitating off the ground.]

[If Blaine sees anything abnormal about the dog, he doesn't react or say anything.

He does eventually move to have a conversation with Conner, with a small, friendly smile.]

Hey, how have you been settling in?

[He gives a little shrug, scratching Krypto behind the ears.] Pretty okay. Okay as you can be for being stuck here. [Still so thrilled about that. Not.]

I know, but at least we have friends here?

[kryptonianclone]

Yeah, true. It'd be a lot worse showing up here on your own with no one who knows you, as much as you feel bad that your friends are stuck here too.

[Blaine nods at that] The first person from my reality was in that situation. I was actually a little glad I was here, because it meant that he wasn't alone.

[He sees you there. Don't think he doesn't.]

Where's your microphone? [He grins.]

[grinning] Do you have one?

Give me a sec, I'm not the best magician out there, but I could pull one out of my pocket at any time. [He grins.] Or... I think Lois brought over one of those karaoke things? You could use that.

[Just the word 'karaoke' makes Blaine's eyes light up like a kid in a candy store.] Brilliant.

What can I say, I aim to please. Plus I asked her to bring it, because I could. So. [Grins.]

[Blaine chuckles] I knew you liked my voice.

I do like your voice. You can carry a tune, which is more then a lot of the newer artists can. I look forward to hearing your voice on the radio, eventually. [He grins.]

Oh yeah. I'll have a hit playing on all the stations before you know it.

You and Katy Perry can battle it out for the top spot. And then get into those VH1 award shows.

I might have to concede to her though. She's one of my favorites.

Really, I hadn't noticed. [Says wryly.] That would be the gentleman thing to do, though. If you're ever given the chance. And let her know that your friend Tim says hi.

[Blaine grins at that.] Oh yeah, the second I meet her. I'll let her know.

Good. And if there's anyone famous you want me to say hi to? I'll let them know.

[Blaine chuckles and then teases] If you're okay with me telling you about all of the actors I think are dreamy?

...Ye...s...? [Grins.] No, seriously, if you want. That's what everyone does, right? Just as long as I can tease you about them when you're done.

No, that's okay. People like Cary Grant are long gone, anyway.

I wasn't actually expecting that one? I love Cary Grant. I love Carole Lombard, I think she's gorgeous.
