Governor Townshed really didn't have the time for this, even though the secretary who had scheduled the appointment with the quaintly named Newcomer "Political Party", had insisted that the man over the phone had coolly assured her they had "all the time in the world", if this was not handled soon.

All the same, he decided to finally hear the group out- he had a small open window in the afternoon between lunch and early an consultation with the census bureau, and the question of how to enforce newcomer taxpayers was a post-it that just happened to be floating near his phone when Creed had made his pleas to bring a lobbying representative down.
