Where: the Government building--specifically, prison
Summary: Trust Balthazar to be the one to get in trouble. Trust Raphael to bail him out of it.
Warnings: Delirium tremens, alcoholism
After hearing of Sasuke's violent breakdown on the news, and the subsequent flurry of civil rights breakdowns, Balthazar half anticipated trouble. He wasn't prepared for this level of trouble, though. Not directed at him personally.
